Stonclad
The Stonclad family of floors is noted for outstanding performance in tough, heavy-duty environments. Chemical, abrasion and impact resistant, Stonclad floors deliver long-lasting results and require little maintenance. You'll find Stonclad floors are the foundation for any industrial setting. From the corrosive conditions of chemical and food processing plants to the hard daily wear found in traffic isles and assembly lines, Stonclad floors mean protection.
There are six different Stonclad formulations:
Stonclad GS
General service system providing superior impact and abrasion resistance with excellent chemical resistance.
Stonclad PT
Power trowellable formulation for reduced installation time in larger, more open areas. Same properties as Stonclad GS.
Stonclad HT
Ultra corrosion resistant formulation up to temperatures of 200 F/93 C (250 F/121 C for intermittent spills)
Stonclad UT
Trowelled polyurethane textured mortar system designed to withstand thermal shock/thermal cycling conditions.
Stonclad XP
Conductive elements formulated in an epoxy resin for static control and non-sparking properties.
Stonclad HD
Trowelled epoxy mortar with aluminium oxide elements providing eight times higher resistance to dynamic loads of steel wheels.
ESD Formulation
Each of the above can be enhanced with an ESD Primer and Coating System to provide Antistatic, Dissipative or Conductive properties.
