Stonhard's Alghero Site Achieves ISO 14001 Certification, Reinforcing Leadership in Sustainable Manufacturing
Stonhard is proud to announce that its Alghero manufacturing site has achieved ISO 14001 certification, the internationally recognised standard for environmental management systems. This milestone further strengthens Stonhard’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing, operational excellence, and responsible business practices.
The ISO 14001 certification confirms that robust systems are in place to manage and reduce environmental impact, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement. Combined with our existing ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) certifications, this achievement demonstrates Stonhard’s integrated approach to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Together, these three certifications provide a strong foundation for our operations, ensuring that every product manufactured at the Alghero site meets the highest standards for performance, compliance, and environmental responsibility.

With ISO 14001 added to its existing certifications, the Alghero site has been recognised for its outstanding level of operational excellence. Today, it represents a flagship manufacturing location within the RPM International Inc. family of companies, producing for API, Carboline, Stonhard and other affiliate brands.
